Priced for how you deploy. Never by the seat.

Every plan is the complete platform — all five layers, no capability paywalls. The price follows your deployment model and scope, so adoption is never penalized. And you don't start with a leap: you start with a fixed-price deliverable that's yours either way.

Typical first step: $8,500 diagnostic, one week — a real deliverable before any platform commitment.

Three ways to deploy the same platform.

Cloud for speed, Dedicated for enterprise isolation, Private for regulated and data-residency mandates. All three run the full five-layer operating system.

Fastest start
SphereIQ Cloud

Multi-tenant SaaS, managed by Sphere. The default for teams that want value in weeks, not quarters.

  • The full five-layer platform — Connect, Company Brain, Enterprise Twin, AI Factory, Governance
  • Managed hosting, updates, and monitoring
  • SSO/SAML, RBAC, audit ledger
  • SOC 2 program, standard support
Price shape: the lightest footprint — scoped mainly by systems connected and usage.

SphereIQ Dedicated

A single-tenant VPC in your own AWS environment, managed by Sphere. Isolation without the operational burden.

  • Everything in Cloud, single-tenant isolated
  • Your AWS environment, run by Sphere
  • SCIM provisioning, enterprise SSO, ethical-wall scoping
  • EU AI Act & NIST mappings, priority support
Price shape: adds environment isolation and managed ops to the Cloud baseline.

Regulated & data-residency
SphereIQ Private

Your cloud, your keys. Built for GxP, financial services, and data-residency mandates where nothing leaves your walls.

  • Everything in Dedicated, in your own cloud
  • Your encryption keys, your data boundary
  • GxP validation pack, 21 CFR Part 11 controls
  • White-glove delivery, dedicated engineering
Price shape: adds validation packs and white-glove delivery; scoped with your compliance team.

What moves the number — and what doesn't.

Quote-based doesn't have to mean opaque. Four things shape a SphereIQ quote:

Deployment model

Cloud, Dedicated, or Private — the biggest single factor, because it decides who runs what and where.

Systems connected

How much of your estate the platform reaches — connectors, CDC streams, and the MCP surface your agents can use.

Vertical & compliance packs

GxP validation, EU AI Act mapping, industry editions — included where you need them, not priced into everyone's plan.

Managed AI operations

Optionally, Sphere or a certified partner runs the platform as a service — agents, evals, and governance operated for you.

What never moves it: headcount. Rolling SphereIQ out to more people costs you nothing extra — per-seat pricing punishes exactly the adoption you're trying to create.

Every plan is the whole platform.

All five layers

Connect, Company Brain, Enterprise Twin, AI Factory, Governance — no tier-locked subset. Deployment changes where it runs, not what you get.

Governance in the path

Policy enforcement, PII masking, guardrails, and an immutable audit ledger on every call — in every plan, by architecture.

The connector fabric

200+ connectors and an MCP hub so AI reaches the systems you already run, with permissions captured at the source.

Weigh the quote against the Context Tax.

Every enterprise is already paying for disconnected knowledge — it just never appears on a P&L. Run your own numbers before we talk about ours.

Pricing questions, answered

How is SphereIQ priced?
Pricing is based on your deployment model and the scope you need — not per-seat licensing. We scope a quote to your environment, systems, and scale, so the price reflects value delivered rather than headcount. Book a meeting and we'll put real numbers against your specifics.
Do you charge per seat?
No. Per-seat pricing penalizes exactly the thing you want — adoption. SphereIQ is priced around deployment and platform scope, so rolling it out to more people doesn't linearly inflate the bill.
Which deployment model is right for us?
Cloud if you want the fastest path to value and don't have single-tenant requirements. Dedicated — the enterprise default — for single-tenant isolation in your own AWS, managed by us. Private when regulation or data-residency means nothing can leave your cloud. If you're unsure, a short call sorts it quickly.
Can we start small?
Yes, and most do. Engagements typically begin with a fixed-scope entry point — an AI Spend Diagnostic or an Enterprise Twin Scan — that produces a real deliverable and a ranked plan before any platform commitment. It de-risks the decision instead of asking for faith.
Is there a free trial?
We start with a fixed-scope engagement rather than a self-serve trial, because a sandbox doesn't tell an enterprise anything real. You get an actual deliverable — a diagnostic or a mapped Twin — that stands on its own even if you go no further.
What about model and inference costs?
Model usage is metered transparently and attributed down to the team and agent — that's AI Economics Intelligence™, built into Governance. SphereIQ is model-agnostic, so cost-aware routing across providers keeps inference spend visible and controllable instead of buried in a bundle.
Who delivers the deployment?
Sphere Inc. — 21 years of enterprise engineering — or a certified partner from the SphereIQ partner program, at the same delivery standard. Either way, your first Twin Scan follows the same fixed-scope playbook.

Tell us how you deploy. We'll put real numbers on it.

A short call is faster than a pricing table for a platform this configurable.
