Security questionnaires answered from what you’ve already written
Attach a security or procurement questionnaire and the flow drafts answers from your past RFPs, policies and security documentation, citing the source for each claim. Where you cannot claim something, the draft says so rather than inventing a capability.

Why teams run it
Every questionnaire asks the same things in different words, and the answers live in last year’s responses, the security policy and a solutions engineer’s memory. Teams lose days to copy-and-paste, and a confident answer that overstates a control is a contractual risk.
How it is governed
- Every claim must cite the source document it came from.
- It is instructed to state plainly what you cannot claim, not stretch it.
- Retrieval respects each source’s own permissions for the person running it.
- Every run is kept in the run history.
- Who runs it
- Solutions engineers; Proposal and bid managers; Security and compliance leads.
- What you supply
- Past RFPs, policies and security docs as knowledge sources.
It ships with test questions
- Do you encrypt data at rest?
- What is your RPO and RTO?
From template to a live agent
The same builder, tests and release review apply to a template as to anything built from scratch.
- Open it as a working flow
- Every step, source, branch and approval is already in place, and every one of them can be changed before it runs on your data.
- Prove it before it ships
- An evaluation set can gate the release, so a change that breaks an answer never reaches anyone. A question it cannot answer from the sources leaves the gate unproven, not passed.
- Keep a person on the decisions
- A run that needs a decision stops and says exactly what approving will do, and who it is waiting for.
- Publish where people work
- A form, an embedded widget, Microsoft Teams or a scheduled batch — with its own access and limits per deployment.
- What teams usually change
- Add your latest policies and approved answer library as knowledge sources; Loop over each question so every answer gets its own search; Add an approval step before answers leave the team.
Questions buyers ask
- How does it handle a long questionnaire?
- As shipped, it searches your library once for the whole document and drafts from what it finds, which suits a section or a short questionnaire. For long ones, teams add a For each step in the builder so every question gets its own search and answer.
- Will it overstate what we do?
- It is instructed to answer only from your documents, in the questionnaire’s own register with no marketing language, and to say you do not claim something when your sources don’t support it. Every claim carries a citation so a reviewer can check it.
- What file types can it read?
- The questionnaire can be attached as a PDF, Word, text or Markdown file, and its text is read before anything else runs. A file of a type the step does not accept is refused up front with the reason.
