Regulator notices read daily, posted only when they matter

Each morning the flow fetches the regulator page you name and judges whether anything on it, new guidance, a consultation, an enforcement action, matters to a business like yours. When nothing does, it closes quietly instead of posting noise.

Why teams run it

Somebody on the compliance team is supposed to check the regulator’s notices, and in a busy week nobody does. Subscribing everyone to an alert feed fails the other way: people stop reading a channel that cries wolf every morning.

How it is governed

  • It only fetches hosts an administrator has put on the allowed list.
  • It reads a public page and sends nothing to the regulator.
  • It posts without an approval step; add one in the builder if needed.
  • Every run is kept in the run history, quiet ones included.
Who runs it

What you supply
The page host on WORKFLOW_HTTP_ALLOWLIST; Slack connected; A schedule on the Deploy tab.
What “a person approves” looks like in the product: the run stops, the banner says what approving will do, and until someone decides, nothing leaves the system. A demo workspace on synthetic data.

From template to a live agent

The same builder, tests and release review apply to a template as to anything built from scratch.

Open it as a working flow
Every step, source, branch and approval is already in place, and every one of them can be changed before it runs on your data.
Prove it before it ships
An evaluation set can gate the release, so a change that breaks an answer never reaches anyone. A question it cannot answer from the sources leaves the gate unproven, not passed.
Keep a person on the decisions
A run that needs a decision stops and says exactly what approving will do, and who it is waiting for.
Publish where people work
A form, an embedded widget, Microsoft Teams or a scheduled batch — with its own access and limits per deployment.
What teams usually change
Point it at the page you care about and name your channel; Describe your sector so relevance is judged against your business; Run it more or less often than daily.
Step 02, in the product: an evaluation set that gates the release. A question it cannot answer from the sources leaves the gate unproven, not passed. A demo workspace on synthetic data.

Questions buyers ask

How does it decide something is worth posting?
It reads the page and judges relevance against the instructions you write, such as your sector and the kinds of notice you care about. If it finds nothing relevant it says so, and the flow takes the quiet path rather than posting.
Does it compare today’s page with yesterday’s?
It reads the page fresh each morning and judges what it finds; it does not keep a copy to compare against. Pages that date their notices work best, and the instructions can tell it to focus on recent items.
Can it watch several pages?
The template watches one page. Teams that track several regulators usually clone it once per page, which keeps each one’s relevance instructions and channel separate.
