Incomplete enrollments caught before a member is set up
When an employer’s enrollment arrives from your form or administration system, the flow pulls out the member’s details, leaving blank anything not supplied. An enrollment without a signed election stops for your enrollment team to chase, so partial records are caught before setup.

Why teams run it
Employers submit enrollments with a missing date of birth, no beneficiary or an unsigned election, and the gap usually comes to light when the member first needs a benefit. Fixing it then means chasing an employer about someone who joined long ago.
How it is governed
- Only a correctly signed webhook call can start a run.
- Missing details are left blank, never filled in by guesswork.
- An incomplete enrollment waits for a person; the flow sets up nothing itself.
- Each submission and decision is kept in the run history.
- Who runs it
- Enrollment administrators; Employer services teams; Pension operations managers.
- What you supply
- A webhook from your enrolment form or administration system.
From template to a live agent
The same builder, tests and release review apply to a template as to anything built from scratch.
- Open it as a working flow
- Every step, source, branch and approval is already in place, and every one of them can be changed before it runs on your data.
- Prove it before it ships
- An evaluation set can gate the release, so a change that breaks an answer never reaches anyone. A question it cannot answer from the sources leaves the gate unproven, not passed.
- Keep a person on the decisions
- A run that needs a decision stops and says exactly what approving will do, and who it is waiting for.
- Publish where people work
- A form, an embedded widget, Microsoft Teams or a scheduled batch — with its own access and limits per deployment.
- What teams usually change
- Choose which fields must be present before an enrollment passes the check; Add fields your plan requires, such as marital status or hours worked; Name the team or person who chases employers.
Questions buyers ask
- Does it set the member up in our administration system?
- No. It checks the submission and hands back the complete set of details; setting the member up stays with your team or your existing process. The template contains no step that writes to another system.
- What counts as incomplete?
- By default, an enrollment without a signed election stops for a person, and any other field not supplied comes back blank for your team to see. You can change the check in the builder so that any field you choose must be present.
- Can it ask the employer for the missing details itself?
- Not in this template. It pauses once and asks your enrollment team to chase, and the decision they record closes the run; contacting the employer remains a person’s job.
